For free trial users, the company will hold data for 7 days after the expiration of the free trial. After which the data will be removed from all storage to safeguard privacy of clients.

If you wish to delete your Metric account, whether you’re using Android or accessing via the web, the process is straightforward. First, log into your Metric account. Then, navigate to the ‘Menu’ in the navigation bar, select ‘Settings,’ and choose the ‘Delete Account’ option. You will be required to input your email and password to verify your identity. Finally, tap ‘Confirm’ to permanently delete your account. This action is irreversible, so please ensure you wish to proceed with account deletion.
